About the role

MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC' is seeking a full-time Cashier to join our team in Makati City Metro Manila. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and efficiently processing transactions at our retail store. What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Accurately processing sales transactions, returns, and exchanges
  3. Handling cash, credit, and other payment methods
  4. Maintaining a clean and organised cashier area
  5. Providing accurate information and recommendations to customers
  6. Collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience
  7. Adhering to company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a Cashier or in a customer service role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Excellent math and money handling skills
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  5. Attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
