Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction

  • Greet customers warmly as they enter and exit the restaurant.

  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding menu items, specials, or promotions.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.

  • Order Processing

  • Accurately input customer orders.

  • Communicate order specifics to kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
  • Ensure orders are processed efficiently and correctly.

  • Payment Handling

  • Process payments using cash, digital wallets.

  • Issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets as necessary.
  • Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts, reporting any discrepancies.

  • Cleanliness and Organization

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area and dining space.

  • Ensure that the dining area is tidy and welcoming for customers.

  • Collaboration and Coordination

  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

  • Assist in scheduling staff shifts to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role in a restaurant or retail setting is a plus.
  • Strong mathematical and cash handling skills.
  • Well experience in POS System
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
