Accounting Clerk

Where Accuracy Meets Opportunity

Responsibilities:

  • Document Scanning and Uploading - Scan Journal Vouchers (JV), liquidations, and other related documents, ensuring quality and completeness
  • Document Filing and Safekeeping - File both hard and soft copies of vouchers in an organized manner, maintaining proper documentation protocols for ease of retrieval and safekeeping.
  • Sorting and Categorization - Sort documents by category, series, and type to ensure systematic filing and efficient document management.
  • Monitoring and Tracking - Update the Journal Vouchers and Debit Memos Progress Monitoring logs regularly to reflect the current status of scanned, filed, and uploaded documents.
  • Inventory Coordination – Coordinate with the Warehouse and Audit Departments to conduct monthly and quarterly inventory counts, ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and integrity of recorded inventory data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any Accounting-related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in data entry with strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheet
