What you'll do:

  • Conduct routine inspection of all estate structures including model units, sales pavilion, gates, guardhouses, spine road, and landscaped zones.
  • Monitor the cleanliness, functionality, and visual appeal of the site.
  • Coordinate with janitorial, landscaping, and maintenance providers for upkeep work.
  • Responsible for security and gate management.
  • Monitor performance of on-site service contractors and report concern or delays.
  • Ensure timely execution of scheduled maintenance and minor repair works.
  • Prepare regular reports on estate conditions, asset status, and repair needs.
  • Support to project and sales team.
  • Assist in preparing site for events or marketing activities.

What we're looking for:

  • Graduate of Engineering, Architecture, Property Management, or any related technical field.
  • With experience in estate or facility management, property upkeep, or construction site coordination.
  • Preferably with experience in horizontal residential developments or mixed-use communities.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Lipa City, Batangas
