JOB SUMMARY

  • Perform trade tests, training, and orientation to ensure personnel effectiveness, and conduct site audits to ensure quality of service.
  • Willing to render duty 6 days a week; Rotating shifts with/ a co-supervisor (Corporate office)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Conduct pre-deployment orientation of newly hired employees on policies, procedures, and quality standards on how to perform the job
  • Create a training module/manual based on the services to be provided to the client
  • Conduct regular and continuous training for the deployed employees
  • Conduct post-training evaluation to solicit feedback and recommendations to improve training courses and quality services further
  • Monitor the quality of work being carried out on site to ensure the client's satisfaction is achieved
  • Conduct site inspection to check on compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Submit a Weekly Report of findings and observations to the General Manager based on the site inspection being conducted
  • Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time
  • Client call/relations (such as: coordination, meetings, attending to customers' complaints, etc.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. College Graduate, preferably with a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any Engineering, Management, or any other related course

  2. At least 4 years of working experience in the same, similar,r or related job handling janitorial, housekeeping, and skilled/multi-skilled technicians/staff

  3. Experience in Manpower Services is an additional advantage

  4. Proficient in computer operations (such as Word, Excel, and other MS Office applications)

  5. With good communication and presentation skills (oral and written)

  6. Must be a team player

  7. Systematic and organized

  8. Safety conscious

  9. Reliable and dependable

  10. Willing to travel
