Job Description

1. Effective Campaign Pacing & Management

The team lead is responsible for maintaining optimal campaign pacing to prevent both under-pacing and over-pacing. This includes:

  • Proactive Issue Flagging: Immediately flagging campaign issues to management that could cause missed deliveries or insufficient leads. This includes, but isn't limited to, insufficient data, incorrect project builds, or other challenges.
  • Authorized Campaign Completion: Preventing the completion of campaign line items more than two weeks ahead of schedule unless explicitly authorized by management.
  • Consistent Progress Monitoring: Monitoring campaign progress against project timelines and daily targets to ensure a consistent workflow and steady progress toward goals.

2. Adherence to Management Directives

The team lead must ensure all team members strictly adhere to management instructions. This involves:

  • Strict Instructional Compliance: Prohibiting any deviation from or disregard of campaign instructions. This includes proper tactic selection, required campaign responses, and asset rotation.
  • Proper Campaign Status Management: Ensuring that all team members do not re-engage with paused campaigns until they are instructed to do so.

3. Lead Quality Assurance

The team lead holds the ultimate responsibility for maintaining high-quality leads submitted by the team. This includes:

  • Systematic Quality Control: Implementing a robust review process to ensure all leads meet campaign criteria, with a specific focus on job titles, industry, revenue, company size, asset selection and responses to campaign questions.
  • Effective Feedback Loop: Providing clear and constructive feedback to team members on lead quality to reduce repeat errors and improve overall performance.

Qualifications:

  • You have strong leadership and management skills and have previous experience (2 years) in a Team Lead or Leader role.
  • You are results driven and have a keen eye to details.
  • You have a strong background in Telemarketing.
