Job overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Telemarketer/Appointment Setter to join our dynamic call centre team. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport will be essential in driving our clients sales efforts and contributing to the company's growth.

  • Delivering scripted talks that describes the company's products or services to persuade potential customers.
  • Explaining products and product prices.
  • Answering customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future.
  • Following up on previous customers for potential sales.
  • Maintaining records of customer contacts.
  • Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers.
  • Making outbound calls to businesses and business professionals across the world on behalf of one of an IT publisher.
  • Confirming contact details directly with the prospect and agreeing to send out some information via email.
  • Asking certain questions to qualify leads.
  • Required to work with a computer and various computer software and programs.
  • Required to work with company's CRM and other custom applications.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a call center, telemarketing, or sales role preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive phone presence.
  • Goal-Oriented: Ability to work towards targets and goals, demonstrating a strong desire to succeed.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other call centre tools; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team environment.
