Sales and Client Relations Associate

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Facilitate move-in and move-out of the company's represented clients

· Manages soft filing and hard filing of each accounts

· Coordinates requests on accounts

· Attends to property concerns under property management

· Executes necessary approved requests of accounts

· Handles after sales of each accounts

· Processes title transfer, contract notarizations and other documentations of each accounts

· Prompts and reports on renewals of leases

· Write and sends reports to company and its clients

· Manage database and utilize customer relationship management system

· Conducts reports and follow up for lease renewals and security payments

· Collect, notarize, submit all necessary documents needed to consummate a lease contract, sales contract, other related transactions

· Response to clients concerns in a timely manner

· Prompting lessors, lessees, owners, buyer of collection thru billings

QUALIFICATIONS

· With Bachelor's Degree – preferably Business Management or Marketing Management

· Must be fluent in English and Tagalog

· Excellent in written and oral communication skills

· Highly organized and knows how to prioritize tasks

· Average knowledge level in Excel, PPT, MS Office

· Must be able to work in teams
