As we continue to shake up the local shoe-making industry, we're looking for someone who can help us create unforgettable experiences for every client who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do (Job Scope)

As our Client Success Partner, you'll play a key role in delivering the signature Godfather Shoes experience. Your responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients and managing orders from inquiry to delivery
  • Representing the brand at events and client engagements
  • Ensuring exceptional, detail-focused customer care
  • Supporting day-to-day operations in our Marikina workshop
What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

You're a great fit if you:

  • Enjoy meeting people and genuinely love helping others
  • Are open to hands-on work and daily onsite setup in Marikina
  • Have a customer-first mindset and naturally friendly energy
  • Are organized, detail-oriented, and confident handling orders
  • Can comfortably use email, chat, and basic computer tools
  • Have at least 1 year experience in client servicing (may it be in a professional setting or in school)
  • Are interested in learning how to start and run a business as you get hands on training here
  • Open to fresh graduates as long as willing to get hands-on, face to face training
