JOB SUMMARY:

Bookkeepers are responsible for keeping track of all cash flow in The Icon Clinic. Their scope of responsibility includes payroll, taxes, bills, debts, company expenses, and petty cash. They are in charge of recording the details of each and every transaction that happens day to day in The Icon Clinic.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Maintain general ledger and chart of accounts
  • Generate financial reports such as balance sheets and income statements
  • Assist with audits and budget preparation
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure timely invoicing and collections
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and financial regulations
  • Support the preparation of tax returns in collaboration with accountants

JOB QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, financial management or related field
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar financial role
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
