Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to manage key operational and customer service tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining efficient workflows.

Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Enter purchase orders into QuickBooks, file them in a specific format, and maintain accurate records on a spreadsheet
  • Shipping Coordination: Communicate with the warehouse to ship orders and update spreadsheets accordingly
  • Digital Access Support: Send eBook access to customers using designated software
  • Billing: Process invoices to the Department of Education after order shipment, adhering to specified formats
  • Payment Tracking: Monitor payments through the Board of Education website and follow up with customers for unpaid invoices
  • Bookkeeping: tracking expenses and income in QuickBooks
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer emails and inquiries related to orders promptly
  • Data Management: Conduct data harvesting and maintain organized records
  • General Management: Support other operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and spreadsheet management.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience in order processing, billing, and data management is a plus.
