About the role

Acceso, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our team in San Juan City, Metro Manila. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining our financial records and supporting the overall financial management of the company. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

What you'll be doing

  • Recording and categorizing all financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments
  • Reconciling bank statements and ensuring the accuracy of financial records
  • Preparing and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Generating financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets
  • Assisting with the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings
  • Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role, preferably within the home solutions or construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software, such as ODOO, QuickBooks or Xero
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
