About the Role

We are looking for motivated and goal-driven Real Estate Sales Associates to join our team for a project-based selling opportunity in Cavite. This role is focused solely on selling a specific property development.

This is a flexible-time position ideal for individuals who want to maximize their earning potential through commissions. Associates are only required to report to our Quezon City head office a few times for submission of reports and coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell assigned project units in Cavite
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
  • Provide assistance and guidance to potential buyers during the sales process
  • Attend trainings and regular updates from the management team
  • Submit sales reports and updates at the Quezon City head office as required

Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate sales is a plus but not required – training will be provided
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
  • Willing to work on a commission-based, project-specific arrangement
  • Must be able to report occasionally to Quezon City office
