Role Description

This is a contract role for a Senior Sales Director. The role is hybrid, based in Cavite, which implies that some work from home is acceptable. The Senior Sales Director will oversee sales operations, develop business strategies, manage customer service, and lead a sales team. The responsibilities include driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Team Management
  • Experience in developing and implementing business strategies
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
  • Experience in the real estate or tourism industry is a plus
