Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Leasing and Social Media Coordinator. This dual role combines apartment leasing coordination and social media management for our real estate business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leasing Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, schedule apartment showings, follow up with tenants, and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
- Social Media Management: Manage and update social media accounts with relevant content, create engaging posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments or inquiries.
Requirements:
- Excellent English accent for clear and professional communication.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic computer programs (Google Docs, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Comfortable working remotely and handling tasks independently.
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
- Prior experience in real estate leasing or property management is a bonus but not required.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
