Work Details:

  • Work from Home or Onsite
  • Monday to Friday | Night Shift | 8 PM to 5 AM
  • Will follow US Holidays

Responsibilities:

The Expense Processing Specialist is responsible for the payment of goods and services purchased by the organization. This role also serves as an auditor, ensuring that invoices are accurate and that proper accounting procedures are followed for the purchasing and payment of goods and services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review Vendor Statements
  • Matching invoices against purchase orders
  • Resolving invoice discrepancies
  • Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
  • Print and obtain signatures on all account's payable checks.
  • Prepare expense reimbursement checks Respond all vendor inquiries.
  • Maintain all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and accounts payable files.
  • Assist in monthly closings. Prepare analysis of accounts, as required

Qualifications:

Skills and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent 2 + years of working knowledge of accounts payable.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information. Oracle experience is preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning financial information.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, i.e., MS Word, Excel, Oracle, and web-based tools. Ability to work well with others in fast-paced, dynamic
