About the role

This full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) role at the VICTORIAN PLACEMENT AGENCY' call centre in Pasay City Metro Manila is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with previous BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) experience in voice or non-voice call centre operations. The successful applicant will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service to the company's growing clientele.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing high-quality customer service through inbound and outbound voice and non-voice communication channels
  2. Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  3. Accurately documenting customer interactions and updating customer records
  4. Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
  5. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  6. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call centre or customer service role, preferably within the BPO industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and speak clearly
  3. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  5. Adaptability and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  6. A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
