Job Title: TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER

About Us:

Blocktec Trading Incorporated is a dynamic and fast-growing company and top seller of AAC Blocks and Panels in the Philippines. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Engineer to lead and optimize our SALES operations based in our Marikina office.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to: Sales Manager

  1. Provide technical support for the Sales Department (Sales Team, Freelancers and the like)

  2. Wall area estimation

  3. Site inspection / visit

  4. Product demo presentation

  5. Sales team training

  6. Installation training

  7. Address all other technical issues and concerns

  8. Technical Training during seminars / orientation for Sales Department and Freelances.

  9. Maintain solid working relationship with customers by ensuring that all their technical needs are met and resolving all technical issues in a timely manner.

  10. Monitor product specifications of competitor's products. Analyze date gathered to ensure that products sold by the company meet the standards or exceed them.

  11. Discover opportunities through technical consumer research.

  12. Act as liaison to coordinate information and service between the end user of a product and the Sales Team.

  13. Prepare and submit weekly report to the Sales head.

  14. Compile and summarize all necessary reports to be submitted weekly.

  15. Explain complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable.

  16. Answers inquiries and questions from customers related to ongoing use of products, maintenance requirements, operations, and other related information.

  17. Collate and report all product inconsistencies, complaints, issues reported by clients and actions done to address the issue.

  18. Travel to locations / sites to conduct product presentation / training/ demos and inspect installation of products whenever needed.

  19. Out of town travel should be approved prior to set demo/training dates.

  20. Willing to travel about 70% of the role.

  21. All other activities should be approved and course through the Sales Head.

  22. Perform all other related duties as assigned to hem by the Sales head.

Qualifications:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture, Mechanical Engineer or related field.

* Preferably minimum of 1-yr Experience Employees specializing in Civil/Construction/Structural Engineering or equivalent.

* Proficient like CAD operator.

* Fresh graduate / board passers are welcome to apply.
