  • Graduate of any four (4) year course, (preferably Engineering/Architecture courses)
  • Minimum of four (4) years sales experience in construction industry.
  • Preferably with strong network within the construction industry.
  • Above average communication skills.
  • Above average negotiation skills
  • Proven expertise in customer service.
  • Persuasive and goal oriented.
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Must be able to solve complex conflict and concerns with clients.
  • Should be knowledgeable when to escalate concerns to top management.
  • Ability to easily grasp technical knowledge.
  • Should be tech-savvy (MS Excel, Powerpoint, CRM, C4C, SFC)
  • TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible in achieving sales target and business development in his area of responsibility.
  • Handling existing sales accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  • Managing sales, profitability,and revenue for the company.
  • Ensure that company issued assets and tools of trades are in good condition.
  • Will be reporting to the Sales Manager and will perform management duties as support.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations,mock-up.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Managing the accounts receivables of his assigned sales accounts.
  • Periodical stock forecast submiited to immediate head.
  • Cordinate with the Order Management Department for supply needs/requirements.
  • Execution of strategies formulated by the Management.
  • Prepare sales and daily activity reports.
  • Ad hoc support in obtaining information relevant to competition, market trends, etc.
  • Other tasks that the Management may assign.
