DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages the logistical, technical, and customer-facing aspects of telecommunications projects for sales teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include coordinating internal teams and external vendors, maintaining project schedules and documentation, tracking project progress, providing customer support, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Project Planning & Tracking: Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and work flows to ensure timely project completion.
  • Coordination: Liaise between sales, technical teams, vendors, and customers to coordinate activities, resources, and information.
  • Client Management: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, resolving issues, providing project updates, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Collect, organize, and maintain all necessary project documentation, including setup information and reports.
  • Resource Management: Track project resources, including personnel and equipment, and manage logistics to support project execution.
  • Reporting: Prepare project progress reports for internal stakeholders and summarize project completion.

Billing & Order Management: Trigger billing for completed activities, handle simple order requests, and assist with service installations or changes.
