RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to company executives, particularly the Managing Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

  • Organize, maintain, and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive files and records.

  • Manage monthly billing cycles, track payments, and coordinate with finance when necessary.

  • Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external partners, clients, and suppliers to ensure clear and timely communication.

  • Draft, review, and edit business correspondence, reports, presentations, and other official documents.

  • Support the Sales team in gathering data, preparing reports, and maintaining up-to-date records.

  • Coordinate to fulfill sales-related requests and ensure the timely delivery of materials.

  • Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

- College Graduate of 4-Year Course

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, sales assistant, or in a similar administrative support role.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication (Filipino & English).

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Powerpoint and MS Excel, Background in using of photo editing and statistical software is a plus

  • Must be detail oriented and time / deadline conscious

  • Willing to travel locally and abroad

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php25,000.00 per month
