Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of any 4-year course.

  2. Possesses exceptional communication skills and agile problem-solving ability.

  3. Has keen attention to detail and can work under pressure.

  4. Experience in Customer Service is an advantage

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Possesses in-depth knowledge of the Blue Diamonds Loyalty Program to provide VIP clients with accurate, up-to-date information.

  2. Familiar with Megaworld's products and services to effectively assist clients.

  3. Responds promptly to all calls and messages via the Viber Hotline, with interactions recorded for tracking and resolution.

  4. Maintains strict confidentiality and professionalism in all VIP client interactions.

  5. Adheres to company policies and legal standards on data protection and confidentiality.

  6. Prioritizes and resolves VIP client concerns promptly, escalating to management when necessary while ensuring ongoing support.

  7. Resolves issues tactfully, follows up to confirm client satisfaction, and upholds brand integrity.

  8. Submits required reports to the Operations Manager and Department Head.

  9. Performs other tasks as assigned by Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php26,000.00 per month
