Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Corporate Payroll Head based in Bacolod. The Corporate Payroll Head will be responsible for overseeing payroll services, managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with payroll taxes and regulations, and handling employee benefits. The role will also include managing financial aspects related to payroll and addressing any payroll-related issues or inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Payroll Services, Payroll Management, and Payroll Taxes
  • Finance-related skills and experience
  • Knowledge and experience in managing Employee Benefits
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Bacolod
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in corporate payroll management is a plus
