About the Role:

We are seeking creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designers to join our marketing team. This role will focus on designing high-quality marketing materials and content assets to support branding initiatives and campaigns.

You will work closely with content producers and the broader marketing team, contributing to the visual storytelling of multiple projects.

This is a high-volume hiring initiative, so we are looking for candidates who can deliver high-quality design work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design marketing materials, digital assets, and other content for campaigns and corporate communications.
  • Collaborate with content producers and marketing team members to create visually compelling designs.
  • Support corporate branding initiatives, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Prepare and submit design portfolios for review as part of the selection process.
  • Manage multiple design tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines within a high-volume workflow.

What Were Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a graphic designer (preferred).
  • Proficiency with digital design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or equivalent).
  • Strong visual design skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and take constructive feedback.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with corporate branding and marketing design standards is a plus.
