Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Prospecting: Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
- Inbound Lead Handling: Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
- Sales Conversations: Speak with decision-makers to uncover needs and present tailored solutions.
- Lead Management: Update and track all lead activity using a CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce).
- Follow-Up & Nurturing: Maintain ongoing communication to build trust and guide leads toward a decision.
- Closing Deals: Confidently handle objections and close small to mid-sized sales opportunities.
- Reporting: Document outreach and provide regular performance updates.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, SDR, or telemarketing roles.
- Proven success in converting leads from outbound and inbound sources.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, lead qualification, and objection handling.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-focused.
- Comfortable managing a high volume of calls and emails daily.
