Job Title: Trade Marketing Executive

Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trade Marketing Executive with at least 2 years of experience and a strong understanding of trade strategy, market dynamics, and in-store execution. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, data-driven, and has a keen eye for design and creative execution. You'll be responsible for supporting trade initiatives, managing promotions, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities

* Plan and execute trade marketing campaigns, promotions, and retail activations across multiple sales channels.

* Develop and manage the creation of in-store materials, POS displays, signage, and digital assets in collaboration with design teams or agencies.

* Ensure creative assets align with brand guidelines and are tailored to the specific needs of trade channels.

* Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop channel-specific content and promotions.

* Analyze sales and market data to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

* Monitor competitors' trade marketing strategies and share insights with internal teams.

* Manage third-party vendors, printers, and creative agencies for timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.


Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or a related role.

* Strong understanding of creative processes and design principles; able to brief and review visual assets effectively.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or design collaboration platforms is a plus.

* Comfortable working with data and marketing analytics tools

* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

* Experience in FMCG, consumer electronics, retail, or technology sectors.

* Exposure to digital marketing tools, retail tech platforms, or content management systems (CMS).
