  • Translate features into detailed requirements and final product development for engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with customers, team members, and outside influencers to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of products and development needs.
  • Author user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure delivered product increments meet definition of done.
  • Ensure that story content and a metrics-based prioritization methods are aligned to larger strategic objectives.
  • Manage overall execution to ensure requirement and project deliverable dates can be clearly communicated to product management, program management and stakeholders.
  • Be the high-availability resource for technical team on a day-to-day basis.
  • Attend Scrum events and lead grooming sessions.
  • Effectively communicate strategies & trade-offs up to leadership and down to the development team.
  • Identify blockers that will impact timeline, scope, cost or other project variables and escalate to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • 5+ years of direct Product Manager or Product Owner experience;
  • Demonstrable experience with full scope of product owner responsibilities.
  • Background in any of the following: enterprise application software, B2B products, data science/analytic products, or reporting software.
  • In-depth understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and current Agile product management practices.
  • Strong organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to set priorities based on alignment with business goals and strategic direction, define timelines and deliver to commitments.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management tools like JIRA or equivalent.
  • Must be able to travel up to 10% to understand field users' needs and requirements.
  • Ability to quickly understand and document business processes and elicit information from others.
  • Passion for driving change and improving software delivery practices.
  • Advanced certification in any Agile or Scaling framework is a plus
