Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and communicative Executive Assistant (General VA) with excellent verbal and written English skills. This role blends executive support, content input, light marketing, and customer service responsibilities. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support, including calendar management, scheduling, and handling confidential information.
- Assist with content input and light editorial tasks.
- Support marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and customer inquiries.
- Manage calls and emails, ensuring timely responses and professional communication.
- Help with simple design work using Canva.
- Collaborate with team members to document and improve processes.
- Maintain service software, implement new features, and ensure operational alignment.
- Support projects and task coordination, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Track and report progress on assigned tasks and communications with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in managing executive communications and calendars.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
- Familiarity with Canva.
- Quick learner, highly organized, and reliable.
- Background in project coordination or operations support is a plus.
Requirements:
- Must commit to a Pacific Standard Time (PST) schedule.
- Must use Time Doctor for time tracking.
- Submission of a valid NBI clearance upon onboarding (background checks required).

- Able to multitask and manage time effectively across projects
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
