Job Description

  • Developing and executing strategies to maximize distributor performance, conducting regular business reviews, building and maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Creating and implementing sales plans, forecasting sales, and managing the sales team within the distribution network.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, acting as a point of contact for sales-related issues, and providing support and guidance.
  • Tracking sales data, analyzing performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize sales growth.
  • Providing training and support to distributors to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Ensuring distributors adhere to company policies and procedures, and providing regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Working with distributors to ensure customer satisfaction and manage customer relationships.

Qualifications

1) Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in the field of Marketing & or Business Management or other related courses

2) With at least 5 years experience working as Distributor Sales Manager/or Asst. Manager in Snacks and Distributing company

3) Willing to travel, must be familiar with NCR, Region III and IV areas

4) Preferably with experience in FMCG, familiar in snack foods/Food industry is an advantage

5) Willing to work under pressure and with less supervision

6) Can create sales strategy and implement sales plan

7) Must be able to deliver sales target on time

8) Honest and trustworthy

  1. Willing to be assigned in NCR, Region III and IV
