Role Description

This is a full-time, role for a
Key Account Manage
r located in Muntinlupa City. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing key accounts, developing business plans, delivering exceptional customer service, and conducting regular analysis to optimize account performance. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with various departments to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Account Management and Key Accounts skills
  • Proficient in Business Planning and Analytical Skills
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the home appliance industry is a plus
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
