Resolves issues and addresses customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services. Collaborates with colleagues and departments to resolve complex issues. Maintains accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, etc.
Requirements:At least 6 months of BPO experience handling a Healthcare Account. Familiarity with US Healthcare Insurance. Knowledge of Authorizations.
Good verbal and written English skills. Ability to display empathy and patience when addressing customer concerns. Strong problem-solving skills.
Adaptability to a changing work environment. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software.
Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati, or Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong. Amenable to night shift work. Benefits:What we offer:Competitive salary and benefits.
