Resolve issues & accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services. Collaborate with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues

Maintain accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.RequirementsAt least 6 months BPO experience handling a Healthcare AccountFamiliar with US Healthcare InsuranceKnowledge with AuthorizationsGood verbal & written English skills

Ability to display empathy and patience in addressing customer concerns

Strong problem-solving skills

Adaptability to a changing work environment

Ability to remain calm under pressure

Proficiency in using computer systems & relevant software
