Job Description

We are seeking candidates for the CSR Healthcare Account at Sagility. The ideal candidate should have:

  • At least a Bachelor's/College Degree, some college experience (but did not graduate) in any course.
  • Fresh graduates or entry-level applicants with a focus on Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls using proactive customer service and call control techniques.
  • Create an exceptional customer experience through professional service, personalization, and value addition.
  • Retain existing customers/services by employing proactive consulting techniques.
  • Enhance product knowledge through ongoing training.
  • Operate systems and escalate issues appropriately for resolution.
  • Adhere to Sagility policies and maintain a positive attitude.
Additional Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills: positive, respectful, customer-focused.
  • Excellent command of English, including enunciation and grammar.
  • Ability to retain detailed information and solve complex problems.
  • Emotional sensitivity and professional attitude.
  • Knowledge of telephone etiquette.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 environment.
