Key Responsibilities:
  • Process initial or pre-authorization requests via phone or email
  • Respond to provider inquiries and communicate with insurance providers for authorization determination
  • Verify member benefits and manage healthcare cases
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in healthcare business process outsourcing (BPO)
  • Familiarity with Medicare Part B requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
