Makati City, National Capital Region, Philippines ISTA Personnel Solutions Full time $30,000 - $50,000 per year

ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is in search of a dedicated Healthcare CSR to join our team as part of our Medical Census campaign. As a Healthcare CSR for Medical Census, you will play a crucial role in gathering and maintaining accurate patient information for our healthcare clients. At ISTA Solutions, we value teamwork, professionalism, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately update and maintain patient records in the billing system.
  • Rebill medications as needed to reflect changes or corrections.
  • Process real-time rejections or prescription issues promptly.
  • Contact facilities and insurance providers to request claim overrides.
  • Conduct research to verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility.
  • Communicate with facilities via email to coordinate Prior Authorization requests and address non-covered medication issues.

Requirements

  • 6 months - 1 year BPO experience handling a US Healthcare Account
  • Knowledge with claims, prior authorization, and insurance
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Proficient in using MS Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati
  • Amenable working night shift
