Job Purpose

  • Responsible for planning, controlling, implementing, monitoring of various activities including handling of collection enquiries, complaints and request from all collection buckets with particular attention on IDRP, Payment Arrangement, Insta-Card application of hold-out deposit, commission pay-out, Write-off marking and tagging and compliance to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensures resolution of all administrative tasks primarily in support of the Collections and Recovery Division are resolved within turnaround time and ensure compliance with the internal policies and procedures as well as external regulations.
  • Analyzes, formulates and implements strategies to obtain the division's goals which affect the overall performance of the Collections and Recovery Division.
  • Evaluates efficiency of exiting processes/procedures. Streamlines and ensures proper implementation in case there are changes. Updates the Collections Operations Support Division Information Manual (DIM) whenever necessary.
  • Ensures that Collection Support Officers are in compliance to get guidelines and required turn-around-time (TAT) as they perform various functions of the division.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of a 4-year business course
  • With experience in Credit Card Operations (preferably in Collections) at a managerial level for at least 5 years
  • With excellent oral and written communication skills effectively communicate with internal and external clients
  • With a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Has an ability to analyze and make sound conclusion
  • Able to work well individually and in a team environment
