Job Purpose

  • Responsible for planning, organizing and controlling the activities of the department in order to achieve set targets.
  • Formulates and implements effective collection strategies and process improvements within the department with the objective of increasing collection rate, minimizing flow of accounts and reducing delinquency rate.
  • Ensures that all actions taken by Mid-Range Associate/s, Senior Associate/s and Specialist/s adheres to the established service delivery standards and existing credit policies and procedures.
  • Assists the Division Head in meeting the targets and objectives that will improve the over-all performance of the group.
  • Monitors and reviews performance of each agencies; conducts monthly agency appraisal, conducts discussions with Mid-Range Associate/s, Senior Associate/s and Specialist/s and decides on the course of actions to be taken with the objective of improving overall performance of their agencies, avoiding future error/complaints by implementing necessary controls and reinforcing agencies' strengths to overcome their weaknesses

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of a 4-year business course
  • With experience in Credit Card Operations (preferably in Collections) at a managerial level for at least 5 years
  • With excellent oral and written communication skills effectively communicate with internal and external clients
  • With a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Has an ability to analyze and make sound conclusions
  • Able to work well individually and in a team environment
