BPO Trainer – Key Responsibilities

Needs Analysis: Collaborate with management to identify skill gaps and design targeted training programs to address them.

Ongoing Support: Provide mentorship and coaching to employees, ensuring continuous development and adherence to quality standards.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Experience: At least 2 years in training and development within a BPO industry.

Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
