  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Training Manager in a BPO setup
  • At least 3 years of experience handling a Clinical Healthcare account (UMR, Appeals, Denials, or Coding)
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
  • Can start immediately


RCM Trainer

Location: Onsite – Quezon City (preferred), Makati, Taguig - whichever of the 3 sites

Schedule: Night Shift / RTO

Salary: ₱41,000 – ₱55,000 + ₱3,500

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM, with strong knowledge of acute and ambulatory billing
  • Solid background in AR, Denial Management, and Appeals (administrative and clinical)
  • Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer guidelines
  • Proficiency in UB04 claims, DRG classifications, and ICD-10/CPT/HCPCS codes
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
  • Hands-on experience training new hires and upskilling existing staff in RCM processes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and manage RCM training programs (new hire and ongoing)
  • Develop and enhance training materials and content
  • Coordinate with Operations and Quality to identify learning needs and improve performance
  • Monitor batch progress and ensure productivity readiness
