Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic
Trainer
to join our Talent Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating engaging and effective training sessions to equip employees with the skills and knowledge required for success in the BPO environment. This role requires hands-on experience handling
Healthcare Insurance or Travel Insurance accounts
, with exposure to both
voice and non-voice processes
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct new hire and ongoing training programs focused on process knowledge, product updates, and soft skills.
  • Develop, update, and maintain training materials and documentation to ensure relevance and accuracy.
  • Assess trainees' performance through evaluations, coaching sessions, and feedback.
  • Partner with Operations and Quality teams to identify training needs and performance gaps.
  • Monitor and track training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Support continuous learning initiatives and contribute to employee development programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least
    1 year of experience as a Trainer in the BPO industry
    .
  • Must have handled
    Healthcare Insurance or Travel Insurance accounts
    as a Trainer.
  • Experience managing
    both voice and non-voice programs
    .
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Flexible to work in a
    shifting schedule
    and willing to be assigned in
    Pasig or Taguig
    .
