What is your mission?

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads. You will create engaging short-form video content, build high-converting sales funnels, and track performance metrics to maximize ROI. This role is perfect for a data-driven marketer who can combine creative execution with analytical expertise to deliver measurable growth.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Ads.
  • Build and optimize DTC sales funnels, including landing pages, email flows, and retargeting strategies.
  • Create or manage high-performing short-form video content to increase engagement and sales.
  • Track and improve key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and AOV, providing reports to stakeholders.
  • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, and audiences for ongoing optimization.
  • Collaborate with the brand team to ensure marketing messaging and visuals are aligned.
  • Support targeted lead generation campaigns to recruit potential IBOs/networkers.

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in DTC or performance marketing.
  • Proven ability to set up and optimize campaigns in TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads.
  • Proficient in CRMs & marketing tools such as Zendesk, HubSpot, ClickFunnels, or GoHighLevel.
  • Portfolio of successful ad campaigns with measurable results.
  • Experience working with US/EMEA brands.
  • Skilled in reporting revenue performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, AOV).
  • Ability to create engaging short-form video content.
  • Familiarity with additional marketing tools is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php80, Php90,000.00 per month
