Job Summary

The Trade Marketing Specialist for Food Service is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring trade marketing initiatives to drive product visibility, support sales growth, and enhance brand presence in the marketplace. This role acts as a key link between the sales and marketing teams, ensuring effective implementation of marketing strategies at the trade level.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Trade Audit & Market Trends. Conducts trade audits and market checks to gather insights that guide trade plans.
  • Program Implementation. Implements Volume Discount Schemes (VDS), Marketing Support Funds (MSF), and other trade marketing programs to support sales goals.
  • Engagement & Execution. Organizes trade events, roadshows, and business reviews with distributors.
  • Sales Support & Inventory Management. Helps drive sales by promoting slow-moving and near-expiry products.
  • Administration & Project Monitoring. Tracks project timelines, budgets, and reports to ensure smooth execution of trade activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
  • 3+ years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or brand management, preferably in a food manufacturing field
