GENERAL PURPOSE:

Responsible for driving off and on platform marketing strategies and activities of all eCommerce accounts, ensuring increase traffic to drive sales and conversion.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage all e-commerce off platform marketing activities:

  • Run CPAS on all e-comm activities (Promo Campaign and SKU highlight).

  • Manage social media activities that will land on e-comm platforms.

  • Manage all e-commerce on platform marketing activities:

  • Manage all marketing sponsored solutions on site with deep dive analysis & execution.

  • Create contents specific to live stream & video feeds.

  • Able to manage livestream and affiliate marketing.

  • Responsible on all e-commerce strategic executions & Data Analysis:

  • Strategize and create promotion to execute on platforms (Brand Day, Special Sale and the like).

  • Collate and create analysis on consumer insights/behavior per platform.
  • Connect with other Brand for Collaboration to increase average order.
  • Maximize Brand Membership of platform to increase loyalty and repurchasing rate.
  • Analyze all platform activities and create comprehensive analysis and recommendation.
  • Recommend New Products to create based on e-comm trends.

  • Management of Ecommerce marketing budget:

  • Be able to allocate budget across all eCommerce platform and adjust spend based on performance.

  • Capable to recommend, defend and manage budgets of total Ecommerce marketing.

  • Ensure to manage with hanging balances under marketing spends.

  • Reporting

  • Reports to Area Sales Manager on the strategic activities for all Ecommerce platforms

  • Adhere to company work guidelines and policies.

  • On-time of all required report and updates

  • Others

Ensure that all creative strategies executed in all ecommerce platforms are aligned with direction of the brand

Education:College GraduateJob Related Experience/Training:3+ years of proven experience in Ecommerce marketing

Knowledge & Skills:

Strong grasp of off and online platform marketing activities and strategies.

Highly analytical and capable of interpreting data to drive decisions to increase foot traffic to the ecommerce platform

Skills: Strategic thinker, expert on digital marketing, customer-focused execution, data analysis and cross-functional leadership
