Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth through digital marketplace expansion, social media marketing, and eCommerce platform optimization. The role involves managing marketplace accounts, overseeing eCommerce platforms, developing targeted campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. A strong focus will be placed on achieving measurable results within a short timeframe, requiring someone who can deliver immediate impact.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketplace Management
- Manage seller accounts (e.g., Amazon and other emerging marketplaces), including product listings, optimization, advertising campaigns, and inventory coordination.
- Identify and evaluate new marketplace opportunities by analyzing ROI, strategic fit, and implementation timelines.
- Conduct competitor analysis and pricing strategies across platforms.
- Oversee marketplace advertising budgets and optimize campaign ROI.
- Coordinate with procurement and supply teams to ensure product availability for online sales success.
eCommerce Platform Management
- Handle daily administration of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Magento/Adobe Commerce): product uploads, pricing updates, and content management.
- Monitor site performance and implement improvements using analytics tools.
- Manage ongoing website enhancements with a focus on increasing conversions.
- Test and validate new features before deployment.
- Maintain accurate product catalogs across multiple sales channels.
Social Media & Paid Advertising
- Develop and repurpose content for local market relevance.
- Create targeted campaigns aimed at educating and engaging professional audiences.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Drive qualified traffic to eCommerce platforms with a focus on conversions (via SEO/SEM, paid ads, and email campaigns).
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and monitor KPIs across digital channels.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including ROI analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Support data-driven decision-making through collaboration with commercial and marketing teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on eCommerce platform management (Adobe Commerce/Magento preferred).
- Proven experience managing marketplaces such as Amazon Seller Central and B2B platforms.
- Strong background in social media advertising (Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads).
- Experience in conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and data-driven campaign management.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies and tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
- Proficiency with email marketing and CRM platforms.
- HTML/CSS knowledge for content management and troubleshooting.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with international and cross-functional teams.
