About the job:

Job description:

  • Develop and execute a data strategy that aligns with the company's objectives, leading the data engineering team to build scalable and robust data solutions
  • Mentor and lead a team of data engineers and architects
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative and results-oriented environment within the team
  • Design and implement effective database solutions and models to store and retrieve company data
  • Examine and identify database structural necessities by evaluating client operations, applications and programs
  • Manage timelines, resources and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously
  • Establish policies and procedures for data handling and sharing

Job Requirements

  • Relevant experience in data engineering with leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of data management, warehousing solutions and ETL processes
  • Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or Java
  • Strong knowledge in Google Cloud and understanding of SaaS environments
