About the Role

As a Data Engineer II, you'll design and develop data pipelines, build ETL workflows, and maintain cloud-based data systems. You'll collaborate with analytics, product, and engineering teams to make sure every data point feeds into reliable, actionable intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build scalable data pipelines and ETL jobs on AWS Cloud
  • Develop data lake and data integration solutions across multiple systems
  • Automate data workflows and implement API integrations
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements and event instrumentation
  • Implement Mixpanel testing strategies and ensure analytics data accuracy
  • Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a related role
  • Strong experience with AWS, SQL, and Python
  • Hands-on with ETL design, data lakes, and structured/semi-structured data
  • Familiar with relational databases (e.g., MS SQL Server)
  • Exposure to Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar analytics tools
  • Experience in Agile environments and working with global stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Good-to-Have
  • Familiarity with consent management tools (OneTrust, Cookiebot)
  • Understanding of digital marketing tech (Google Ads, Meta, Bing, etc.)
  • Experience implementing or optimizing data governance frameworks
