JOB OVERVIEW:

As Junior Network Engineer in the Operations: Network Engineering Department at Data Lake Inc., the core responsibility is to contribute to the successful implementation of Starlink installations. This role centers on leveraging expertise in electrical and computer engineering to ensure the seamless deployment of Starlink systems, aligning with industry standards and technological requirements. Responsibilities include designing and configuring electrical components of network systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to integrate hardware solutions, and troubleshooting any electrical or computer engineering issues that may arise during the installation process. The Junior Network Engineer will play a crucial role in advancing Data Lake Inc.'s mission by combining a deep understanding of electrical and computer engineering with a focus on optimizing Starlink installations for robust and reliable network solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement and optimize Starlink installations as a Senior Engineer in the Operations: Network Engineering Department at Data Lake Inc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute installation plans.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions during the deployment of Starlink systems.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices and industry standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in Starlink installation processes.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to network engineering.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on satellite communication systems such as Starlink.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ECE), Computer Science, or a related field.
  • ECE Licensed is a plus.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing network installation plans.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to address technical issues effectively.
  • Mentorship and leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to guide and support junior team members.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in network engineering.
  • Proactive approach to staying informed about emerging technologies and trends in the field.
  • Proficiency with online communication tools (Slack, Viber, ClickUp, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Demonstrable ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans and execute them flawlessly.
  • A passion for innovation, problem-solving, and making a real-world impact.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
  • Willing to travel for work anywhere in the Philippines.
  • Willing to work in Pasay City.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
