About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the issuance and control of raw and packaging ingredients used in our FMCG production plant. The role ensures that all ingredients are properly received, stored, and issued in accordance with production schedules, inventory accuracy, and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations related to receiving, storage, and issuance of ingredients to production.
  • Coordinate closely with Production, QA, and Planning to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records in the system.
  • Implement FIFO/FEFO and ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety policies.
  • Conduct daily cycle counts and participate in monthly physical inventory.
  • Ensure proper documentation and traceability of all issued materials.
  • Lead and train warehouse personnel in proper handling, hygiene, and safety practices.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ingredient warehouse at all times.
  • Prepare daily and weekly warehouse reports (issuance, variances, stock movement).
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role in an FMCG or food manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and production material flow.
  • Familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Standards.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules.
