Product Specialist (PS)

Work Details:

  • Work Locations: Metro Manila | Southern Tagalog (Laguna, Cavite) | Region I | Cebu
  • Work Setup: Full-time | Onsite
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Senior Product Specialist
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client training on the basic operation of products
  • Handle machine programming and troubleshooting as needed
  • Conduct research and competitor analysis to support product positioning and development
  • Communicate with Principal Suppliers regarding product updates, issues, and technical concerns
  • Evaluate defective products and contribute to after-sales support and service
  • Collaborate with Professional Marketing Representatives to assist in closing sales deals
  • Coordinate with Service Engineers to ensure optimal machine performance and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

Must Have:

  • Graduate of BS Medical Technology (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong theoretical background in various laboratory sections
  • Basic operational knowledge of laboratory machines and equipment
  • Willingness to travel nationwide and work beyond normal office hours (including weekends and holidays, when required)
  • Eager to learn, flexible, and able to work independently or as part of a team
