About the role

This is a full-time, call centre role based in Cebu City, Cebu. You will be joining the team at CORPORATE VISIONS INC', offering a competitive salary of 30,000 and a 10,000 signing bonus.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound call handling
  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Troubleshooting issues and resolving customer concerns in a timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and processes
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle complex customer inquiries
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role, preferably in the customer service - call centre industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
